CanadaCasinoTop is run by a small editorial team that tests online casinos from Canada. If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or unclear, we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
What to write to us about
- A figure that no longer matches the casino. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements and minimum deposits change without notice. Tell us which page and which operator, and we will re-check the operator’s terms.
- A cashier that behaves differently than we describe — for example Interac or iDebit missing from a site we list as supporting them.
- A broken link or a page that will not load.
- Editorial and partnership enquiries. How our rankings are produced is described on the how we rate casinos page; commercial arrangements never change the order of a table.
How to reach the editors
Write to [email protected]. Please include the page address and, where it applies, a screenshot of what you saw at the casino — it makes verification much faster. We read everything and answer enquiries that need an answer, usually within a few working days.
Who runs this site
CanadaCasinoTop is published by Kadeline Online N.V.
Registered address: Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 36, Willemstad, Curaçao
Email: [email protected]
The publisher has no phone line for readers; email is the quickest way to reach the editors. More about the site is on our about us page, and the rules for using it are in the terms of use.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide, not an operator. We cannot access, unlock or close your casino account, release a withdrawal, or intervene in a dispute over a bonus. Those go to the casino’s own support first, and then to its regulator — for Ontario-registered sites that is the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, free and confidential help is available through ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600, 24 hours a day; more options are listed on our responsible gambling page.
