This page sets out the limits of what CanadaCasinoTop can promise you. It covers every review, ranking table, bonus figure and guide on canadacasinotop.com, including the French-language pages. By reading or using the site you accept the points below; if you do not, please stop using it. The site is published by Kadeline Online N.V., Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 36, Willemstad, Curaçao.
1. A guide, not a casino
CanadaCasinoTop is an independent publication about online casinos available to players in Canada. We do not offer games, accept wagers, hold player balances or process deposits and withdrawals. We hold no gambling licence of any kind, in Canada or anywhere else, because we do not run gambling: we write about the companies that do. Any licence, registration or certificate mentioned in a review belongs to the operator or testing house named in it, not to this site. When you open an account at a casino, you deal with that operator alone, under its terms and its regulator.
2. Your province decides what is allowed
Canada has no single national licence for online casinos. Gambling is regulated province by province: Ontario registers private operators through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario, Alberta opened its own regulated market under AGLC in July 2026, and in the other provinces and territories online play is offered by the provincial operator. Many casinos we review are licensed outside Canada. Whether a particular site is open to you, and on what conditions, depends on where you live and on the operator’s own rules. Our pages describe the market as we find it; they do not tell you that a specific site is lawful for you. Checking that is your responsibility before you register.
3. Information, not advice
Our guides explain how bonuses, wagering requirements, payment methods and games work. They are general information written for a wide readership. None of it is financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and none of it is a promise that you will win. Casino games are designed so that the house keeps an edge over time; a high return-to-player figure describes millions of rounds, not your next session. If you need advice about your own legal or tax position, ask a qualified professional in your province.
4. Offers and cashiers move faster than pages
Every bonus amount, wagering requirement, minimum deposit and withdrawal time in our tables is taken from the operator’s published terms on the date shown on the page. Operators change those terms without warning, and a figure that was right when we checked it may be wrong by the time you read it. Interac, iDebit and other methods can be switched on or off in a cashier, and a promotion shown to us may not be offered to every account or in every province — operators registered in Ontario, for example, may not advertise bonuses to Ontario players. Always read the current terms on the operator’s own site before you deposit, and tell us if you spot something out of date.
5. Data that comes from others
Some of what we publish is not ours to verify: return-to-player percentages supplied by game studios, certificates issued by testing labs such as eCOGRA or iTech Labs, game libraries and jackpot amounts shown by operators. We report these as published by their source and cannot guarantee that they are complete or current.
6. Commission links
CanadaCasinoTop is free to read because some links on the site — buttons in our tables, review boxes and links that pass through /go/ — are affiliate links. If you sign up with an operator through one of them, the operator may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra. How this works, and what it does not change, is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
7. Casinos and other websites we link to
We have no control over operators’ websites, their software, their customer service or the way they handle your money and your data. A positive review is an opinion formed at the time of testing, not a guarantee of how an operator will treat you later. Disputes over withdrawals, bonuses or closed accounts are between you and the operator, and then its regulator. The same applies to any other third-party site we link to: we are not responsible for its content or its availability.
8. Age
Online gambling is for adults. The site is written for readers who have reached the legal age where they live: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). If you are under that age, please leave the site.
9. Keeping gambling in proportion
Treat any money you put into a casino as the price of entertainment, not as a way to earn. Set a deposit limit before you start, take breaks and never chase losses. If gambling has begun to cost you more than you planned — in money, time or sleep — free and confidential help is available from ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600, 24 hours a day. Licensed operators also provide deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion in your account settings. More options are on our responsible gambling page.
10. Our content
Text, tables, rating methods, graphics and the design of CanadaCasinoTop belong to the publisher unless a credit says otherwise. Operator names, logos and game titles are trademarks of their owners and appear here only to identify the products we review. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page; copying whole reviews or tables needs our written permission.
11. Limits of our liability
We take care over what we publish, but the site is provided as it is, with no warranty that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, neither Kadeline Online N.V. nor anyone who writes for CanadaCasinoTop is liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from decisions you make on the basis of it or from your dealings with any operator — including lost deposits, withheld winnings or bonuses that turn out to differ from our description. Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to this disclaimer
We revise this page when the site or the rules around it change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised text.
